The Challenge: Installation of a new ice tank along with 3 chilled water pumps and a chilled water buffer tank in order to increase the capacity of the chilled water. To other challenge was to use the existing refrigeration plant to supply the new upgraded ice bank and increase pump capacities on site.

The Outcome:  We provided a total turn-key solution. A bigger ice tank which could do double the original capacity was installed along with three upgraded process pumps to increase the chilled water flow to the factory. An Intelligently design buffer tank was also supplied. The existing ammonia plant was fine tuned to meet the upgraded capacity along with the provision for future expansion. All this was achieved with minimal interruption to the production process.
