Cold Logic Pty Ltd acquires Fourair Industries Pty Ltd.
Cold Logic Pty Ltd is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of all the assets of Fourair Industries Pty Ltd, a well-established industrial refrigeration solution provider with a solid reputation for providing excellent customer service, based in Thomastown, Victoria.
For the past 27 years, Cold Logic mission was to provide the right solutions for all our customers' refrigeration needs. The sustainable growth and success Cold Logic has experienced in the past couple of years enabled us to strengthen further our commitment to our valued customers.
The acquisition of Fourair will bring greater expertise, improved availability and extended coverage throughout our business units and we will now be able to enhance our capacity to provide you with resourceful and more effective refrigeration solutions.
The integration process of Fourair within Cold Logic will be a long term and carefully planed process. As part of the process, the first changes have already been implemented on the brand name. The new brand name is Coldlogic Fourair and it is backed up by a new logo. All the printed materials and communication will have the new logo from this point forward.
The trading name and details of Cold Logic have remained unchanged and will stay as they are until further notice. However, Fourair Industries Pty Ltd have changed their trading name into Fourair Pty Ltd and the new ABN is 39 131 813 217.
