Challenge: Thomas Foods (formally T&R Pastoral), operated a processing facility in Murray Bridge, SA which was expanding to meet production demands. This presented significant problems, particularly in that upgrades needed to be made while keeping the operation and refrigeration running.
Outcome: Cold Logic worked extremely hard for many years to provide the latest refrigeration technologies and highest quality engineering solutions to upgrade its facility. This included 4 new beef chillers, 5 new lamb chillers and new lamb boning room refrigeration.
